COVID-19 Concerns

BRECKENRIDGE GRAND VACATIONS RESORTS WILL BE CLOSED AS OF 12 P.M. ON THURSDAY, MARCH 19, 2020 AND WILL REMAIN CLOSED INDEFINITELY AND UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.

In these uncertain times, we regret to inform you that each of our resorts at Breckenridge Grand Vacations (BGV) including Colorado on Peak 8, the Grand Colorado on Peak 8, the Grand Lodge on Peak 7, Grand Timber Lodge, Gold Point Resort and the Breck Inn, will be forced to close on Thursday, March 19, 2020 at 12 p.m., due to new mandates created by Summit County Public Health.

Summit County Public Health states, “All lodging businesses, including hotels, motels, timeshares and short-term rentals (e.g., Airbnb, VRBO) are required to close by 12 p.m., Thursday, March 19. All these changes are effective until further notice when Summit County Public Health has determined that this degree of social distancing is no longer required.”

BGV is following Summit County and the State of Colorado Public Health guidelines closely and intends to be compliant with the ongoing efforts to reduce the spread of COVID-19 in our communities.

RESCHEDULE/OPEN RESERVATION CREDIT POLICY

  1. For BGV owner and rental reservation inquiries and changes, please contact our Owner Relations Team. The best way to reach us is by sending an email to customerservice@breckgv.com and/or LIVE CHAT  (Monday – Saturday from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time.)
  2. For rental reservations booked directly through Breckenridge Grand Vacations, every effort will be made to offer the option of rescheduling a reservation without penalty within one year of the original departure date, based on availability. However, no guarantees can be promised at this time. For rental reservations booked through a third party, please contact the third party for more information and to learn what options are being offered.
  3. For exchange reservation inquiries and changes, please contact Interval International directly at 1-800-Interval.
